Meet the Team

With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Nonhlanhla specializes in commercial (office & industrial) property investments, capital raising, property developments as well as fund and asset management.

Nonhlanhla was the Chief Executive Officer of Izandla Property Fund, a broad-based majority black-women owned, and managed property investment company sponsored by Investec Property Fund.

Nonhlanhla is also the co-founder and director of African Women in Property, an investment holding company with a mandate to democratize property ownership by providing a platform for private investors to co-invest in quality real estate investments that deliver sustainable long-term returns over time

Prior to her appointment as CEO of Izandla Property Fund, Nonhlanhla was Senior Manager at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), leading the team which formulated and implemented the property investment, development and marketing strategy for the four international and five regional airports owned and managed by ACSA.

She spent over 10 years with Investec Property as a property development manager specialising in land conversion; top structure development; structuring development transactions; sourcing end users and tenants for various developments; as well as negotiating and concluding legal agreements.
